Vintage WHIMSICAL BASSET HOUND Porcelain Figurine

This is a Vintage Whimsical Porcelain Basset Hound Figurine that has the #2793 on the base. I do not know who made this - the finish looks alot like Lladro but the face/design reminds me of Kreiss or Lefton - very nice quality from whoever the mfg is. I cannot find another one on the internet. I have had this for many years - I love Basset Hounds.  It measures approx 7 1./2" long at base (feet) and approx 4" tall at tallest point and is in great pre-owned condition with no chips or damage.
