Vintage used item from a university setting, so it does show some scratches, and scuffs, paint wear, etc. From a NON expert, everything seems to move and do what it should. Looks to be in nice shape for its age.For reference only, the last photo shows it on a pedestal base, the base is sold, your bidding on the arm only.
