It's dirty and could use a good cleaning.
I assume it's Vidicon brand because of the label in the 10th pic. Or it may just have some Vidicon parts and be a different brand. I'm not an expert on it so take a look to see what you think.
It weighs approx. 15 7/8 lbs (inc. cord)
