Bastian Bros. Co. Advertisement Ink Blotter

This celluloid ink blotter top measures 7 3/8" by 2 5/8". This is a double top for this Bastian Bros. Co. ink blotter (see image 4). There is a clear plastic top with a white shell paper with "Bastian Bros. Co. Rochester, NY / Manufacturers of Signs, Celluloid, Metal and Leather Advertising Novelties". There is some edge handling but this blotter is in excellent condition
