TC 558 Sony Stereo Forward/Reverse Reel to Reel Tape Recorder parts/repair

Description

Test: I plugged it and the motors/reels turn forward and reverse while holding the tape guide lever
arms if a tape was installed
. Functionality beyond that I can not vouch for. Peering at the heads (photo 5) things seem in tact there. Buttons/switches all appear to be there. It
may or not work fine, but I must say for parts or repair.
AC Cord shown is included. No tape to test. Comes with one
empty reel
