THE HEADPHONE NEEDS TO BE PUT IN
"PAIRING MODE"
FIRST BEFORE IT CAN BE CONNECTED . THIS PROCEDURE IS APPLIED TO ALL OF SONY BLUETOOTH ELECTRONICS.
In order to perform this procedure, the headset needs to be "POWER OFF" completely
1) Put the headphone into
"Pairing mode"
by Holding the POWER BUTTON straight  without releasing for 7 seconds
until the LED light flashes
rapidly
.
2) Check your Device's Bluetooth list as it is now
able to detect the headset and pair it .
