The carburetor is completely refurbished. How do we do it:
First, it is completely disassembled and checked. The carburetor is then cleaned in the ultrasonic bath and then blasted with glass beads in the wet blasting process to achieve a nice finish. This allows the channels inside to be cleaned. After that, the carburetor returns to the ultrasonic bath to remove the blasting agent so nothing is left behind.
Screws and small parts have been galvanized yellow.
We use new PTFE/steel sockets for the throttle. The throttle is completely disassembled and refurbished. The function of the heating spiral is also checked.
The shut-off valve is checked and adjusted correctly.
All parts are checked. Parts that do not work optimally will be replaced with new or used parts that are in perfect condition.
A new seal set and new high-quality membranes are used when rebuilding the carburetor.
The special carburetor test box checks whether it pumps correctly. Checking the radius of the injection tube. The swimmer chamber is also tested. All carburettors are checked before shipping.
On delivery, the carburetor is in the basic setting. It should be adjusted after assembly. Use suitable measuring instruments or hire a professional.
Several things are important to properly adjust and get the engine running. Look out for the following:
The entire ignition system should be in good condition and set correctly. These include:
-Spark plugs and their cables
-Ignition coil
-Ignition distributor
-Contact points
-Locking angle
-Capacitor
-Ignition time
-Centrifugal force adjustment
-Vacuum element
-Valve clearance
And fuel lines, petrol pressure and gasoline filters should also be considered.
