Kaffe Fassett Drumbeat Sweater Kit - Rowan Book 21 - Rowan Cotton Glace - Mostly Discontinued Shades
From Rowan Book 21, published in the spring of 1997, Drumbeat is one of Kaffe's easiest intarsia designs to create.  Using 9 shades of Rowan cotton glace, the design's geometric nature of the design means you don't have to be a slave to the chart and the sweater will work up very quickly.  Suitable for intermediate knitters. The pattern can be made in any of three sizes from Small with a finished bust/chest measurement of 50 inches to Large with a finished bust/chest measurement of 54 inches.  Over sized fit with inset drop shoulder sleeves.   The pattern calls for a tension of 23 stitches and 32 rows to 4 inches (10 cm) on US 3 (3.25 mm) needles.
