Hot pink green hair troll w/suction cup 5 fingers toes Russ? Dam? Christmas gift

For sale is a 3" hot pink troll with bright green hair. He / she is attached to a gold cord with a suction cup on the end. I don't see any brand markings but looks like a Russ troll to me. There are three dots under each eye -- part of the manufacturing process. And each hand and foot has five fingers and toes which is unusual. Most trolls only have four fingers and toes and no obvious thumb.
