    Description

    Rare Edward Boehm Porcelain Basset Hound in a bisque decorated version made from 1957-61. There were just 100 of this wonderful piece made. The floppy little dog is shown seated on his left hind leg with his head turned one-quarter right and his tail curled up at the tip. The seated hound measures approximately 7” by 5 3/4” and bears studio-mark #127. He carries the early maker’s mark of a Horsehead with Boehm, Trenton, NJ U.S.A.Offered here in mint condition.
