    Crossing Gate Tower, G Scale
    PRODUCT INFO The Crossing Gate Tower is 1:22.5 Scale (G Scale) using high-quality long-lasting plastics and is fully assembled, except the acrylic windows and the roof are not installed to allow for additional weathering and interior customization. PLA Plastic coated with Clear UV Paint.
    Interior details including LED warm white lighting, figures, track layout, chairs, desk, stove heater. Does have clear acrylic windows (not installed, see above). LED is 6-12V DC powered

    The Crossing Gate Tower (CGT02) is based on typical prototypes used in the steam and early diesel era. There were many varieties of these towers and they housed gateman that operated crossing gates and/or switches for rail, oncoming pedestrian and vehicle traffic. They were elevated to provide clear line of site for the watchman for oncoming trains and they were typically placed in high traffic areas.
