It comes with

copies of the 32-page
Instruction Booklet
(dated 5-34) and the 8-page
Condensed Instructions
(dated 6-33).
In July 1932, Kodak introduced its new 8mm movie film as an economical alternative to 16mm film.
To use this new film, it also introduced two 8mm movie cameras, the basic
Cine-Kodak Eight Model 20
with a fixed focus f/3.5 lens, and the high-end
Cine-Kodak Eight Model 60
which had a faster f/1.9 lens that could be focused.
Then in July 1933, Kodak introduced the mid-range
Cine-Kodak Eight Model 25
with a fixed focus f/2.7 lens that was considerably faster than the Model 20’s f/3.5 lens and which allowed the
Model 25
“to make clear movies earlier and later in the day and on dark and rainy days.”
During the 1930s, it sold for the equivalent of over 6.00 in today’s dollars.
This nice example comes from a non-smoking household.
It was never fitted with Kodak’s Universal Exposure Guide, which helps to date it from prior to 1940
. The spring motor still works and the camera itself appears to have been well taken care of. Even though there is a small dent on its right rear corner, the camera displays well.

are unmarked and in good condition for their age.
