    The Facts:
Very Good to Excellent condition cosmetically.  Not saying there isn't a scratch or two, but overall looks great. The rubber eyecup (in pictures) had to be removed because I noticed I was getting goo from the rubber all over my hands. So -- there is NO eyecup. There is a very nice genuine Chinon metal screw-on lens cap that come with the camera (not pictured).
Excellent condition mechanically.  The camera runs great in all filming speeds.
Excellent lens - looks very good!  No fogging, no scratches, no dirt that I saw.  There are a very few pinhole size marks that I see (light spots) but this is minor and nothing showed up on the test footage.
Test footage filmed with 10 year old un-refrigerated Ektachrome 100D.  Very steady and not jumpy and all the test shots were hand held.
Built in light meter has been tested, lens tested, film shot in camera.  Variable speed power zoom tested. I tried to test the lap dissolve but I messed it up and pushed the button at the wrong time but I believe it is working.  The intervalometer seems to be working as it clicks a frame off when it should but I did not test it with film but see no reason why it wouldn't expose correctly. Sound recording was not tested as only silent film was run through the camera.
Comes with BIG telescopic microphone (not tested) and original instruction booklet, plus ORIG CHINON carrying case! Also has original sales receipt from 1977.  Note: the carrying case is not in great shape and could use some repair.  There are two little pieces of rubber that dangle the boom mic and one of the has severed, so only holding it.
There is also a screw to remove the built-in 85A filter for tungsten balanced film that I cannot find.  Another screw of similar size will do or you can hold down a button.  When filming with modern Ektachrome 100D or even Tri-X film this is not even necessary as Ektachrome 100D is daylight balanced (not tungsten) and the notch on the Super-8 cartridge will automatically remove the filter.  Tri-X is black & white and the filter is a moot point as it is just for color correction.
Look at this footage I took with this camera on November 27, 2020:
(Please note that this video was taken from a digital camera pointed at a movie
screen projecting the super-8 film approx. 3' wide, so there is flicker.  The film used was
10 year old Ektachrome 100d (never refrigerated) and just for fun the film was home processed on November 27th, the same day I shot it.  I forgot to pre-wash the film and the entire roll ended up a little on the reddish side.
