    Here is a very beautiful and very uncommon antique opalescent swirl pattern covered cheese or butter dish in white and teal blue. It measures about 5 1/2" tall and about 8 1/2" in diameter. It is in very good condition overall. There is a shallow clamshell type flake to the bottom edge of the top, measuring about 1/4" across. There are a few other tiny flecks. There are a couple shallow flakes to the ground edge of the base, the larger of which measures about 1/8" across. I see no other chips or cracks. There are a couple scratches to the top (see photo). There is some rubbing to the underside of the base from tabletop contact. Clarity is excellent with no stains or haziness. Looks great. A fine piece for your collection.  Please see photos.
