Airmail to anywhere in the United States is included. This shipping method does not include tracking (lettermail). Shipping within Canada is included (no tracking number). Please email for rate before purchase if tracking is required
Worldwide Shipping
I am always happy to ship world wide. If you are located outside of the United States and Canada, shipping is for this item. This shipping method does not include tracking. Note that overseas shipping can take 1-4 weeks to arrive from Canada, depending on customs or other postal factors outside my control.
Combined shipping
I am always happy to combine shipping if you purchase more than one item. In many cases, combined shipping will cost less than the total of the stated shipping prices for each item. Handling Time
Due to a busy work schedule, I am only able to take items to the post office once or twice a week. Exceptions may be possible, so please email in advance if you require an item to be mailed sooner.

See description for exact condition. While all major flaws will be stated above, even literature in "excellent condition" may have minor flaws such as light corner wear, small creases near staples, etc. If condition is a concern, please confirm with me before bidding.
